Cooper (Crossville, Tennessee), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Paul Moore and Marie Moore (Hughs); her husband Frank D. Cooper; her children, Danny Cooper (Ruth) of Fairbury, IL and Rainy Cooper of Bloomington, IL.; and her siblings, Shirley Slayton of Alabama, Anna Houston of Crossville, TN, Joyce Davis of Crossville, TN, Barbara Cooper of Piper City, IL, Nathan Moore of Jamestown, TN, Kenny Moore of Crossville, TN. and James Moore.
Memorials in Rita's name may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
