She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Smith and Vera Thompson Smith; her son Michael Lewis; her great grandchild Shalynn Hawks; and her siblings, Ave Maynard, Ova Reagan, Eva Vaughn, Lilly Burgess and Adel Reagan.
She is survived by: her husband Hulon Paul Lewis; and her children, Ricky Lewis (Lucille), Karen Lewis and Gary Lewis (Kelly). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren.
