She was predeceased by: her former husband Ron Howard; her parents, Luther Cox and Essie Cox; and her siblings, Peggy Lee Crawford and Billy Earl Cox.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joy Sapp and Lisa Campbell; her grandchildren, Jordan Farmer, Billy, Ben (Becca), Bob and Braiden Sapp; her great grandchildren, Baylor of Crossville, TN. and Edith Sapp of Crossville, TN.; and her husband Wendell J. Farmer.
