He is survived by: his sons, John and Joseph Sapp; and his siblings, Robert Sapp of Washington State, Helen Moore of Las Vegas, NV, Ila Dalziel of Washington State, Millie Nichols of Crossville, TN, Opal McCoy of Crossville, TN and Connie Melhorn of Knoxville, TN.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
