He is survived by: his wife Ellen Marie Banner; his children, Ron Banner, Steven Banner (Anna) of Dayton, OH and Sherry Lynn Skiest (Terrence) of Shrewsbury, MA; his stepchildren, Beverly Rauch (Mark) and Jerry Pepper of Dayton, OH; and his siblings, John Banner, Alvin Banner, Randy Banner, Shirley Chitwood, Margaret Girard and Deanna Hall. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grand children.
