He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter M. Moore and Eilene Amburgy Moore; and his brother James Moore. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Moore of Crossville, TN; his son Cole Moore of Ohio; his stepson Tony Riggs (Yolonda) of Kingston, TN; his siblings, Kenneth E. Moore of Ohio and Sharon King (Donnie) of Cookeville, TN; his grandchildren, Amanda Jones and Brett Riggs; and his great grandchild Laurel Jones.
