He is survived by: his wife Elisa Swindle of Pikeville; his children, Sondra Simone (Jeffery) of Chattanooga, Michael Keith (Shannon) of Dayton, Scott Keith (Kim) of Pikeville and Jake Ward (Alex) of Pikeville; his daughter-in-law Amber Swindle of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA; his siblings, Dianna Dillard (Lee) of Chatsworth, GA, Fay Lane (William) of Cleveland, TN and Ray Swindle (Leeann) of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA; and his sister-in-law Robin Swindle of Benton, TN.. He is also survived by several grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
