She is survived by: her grandsons, Billy VanWinkle and Brandon Swafford; her great grandchild B. J. Swafford; and her siblings, Frances King, Katherine Woodburn (Jeff), Donald Smith, Roy Smith (Carolyn), Cecil Smith, Douglas Smith (Lois), Alvie "Buford" Smith, Rex Smith (Anita) and Thomas Smith (Mary). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
