She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Chaffins and Biddie Whittaker Chaffins; her husband Harold Lewis; and her great grandchild Christian Sanders. She is survived by: her children, Darrel Hale, Diana House and Marcus Hale; and her siblings, Ballard Chaffins and Sally Ann Farrchild. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren.
