He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hixson Brown of Crossville, TN; his children, Rodney Brown (Karen) of Crossville, TN and Kristie Pugh (Marshall) of Crossville, TN; his sister Sybil Brown of Crossville, TN; his grandchildren, Tyler Brown, Lauren Petersen (Seth), Lindsey Pugh and Blake Pugh; and his great grandchild Addley Brown.
