She is survived by: her former spouse Jerry Thomas Holman; her husband Ben Flatt; her children, Gretchen Toy (Brad) of Stanford, KY, Jerra Leek (Bobby) of Henderson, TN and Anton Kryuchkov of Klin; her grandchildren, Tammie Flatt, Andy Flatt (Laura), Lisa Cummins (Ronnie) and Tracy Boatman; and her great grandchildren, Cason Cole and Brody Leek.
