He was predeceased by: his parents, D. C. Robbins and Barbara Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Robbins of Crossville; his children, Dustin Robbins (Janelle) of Crossville, Heather Derkovics of Knoxville and D. C. Robbins (Angie Robbins) of Crossville; his siblings, Larry Robbins (Kim) of Crossville and Beverly Davis of Crossville; and his grandchildren, Kylee Robbins and Lochlann Robbins of Crossville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
