She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Sr. Fish and Irene Hawkins Fish; her husband Scottie Bell; her daughter Tabitha Turner; and her siblings, Monroe Fish Jr., Buddy Fish, Doris Lewis, Margaret Moore and Elise Brown.
She is survived by: her son Gary Turner (Tammy) of Crossville, TN; her stepsons, Scottie Bell of Sparta, TN and Chris Bell of Sparta, TN; her siblings, David Fish of Crossville, TN, Paul Fish of Crossville, TN, Barbara Spivey (Ronnie) of Crossville, TN, Judy Harrington (Thom) of Crossville, TN and Sheila Barnes (Freddie) of Crossville, TN; her grandchildren, Austin Bell, Haley Bell, BJ Carr and Colby Carr; and her great grandchildren, Maci Carr and Mack Carr.
