She is survived by: her husband Richard Allen Phillips; her children, Richard Lee Phillips of Lewisburg, Jesse Aron Phillips of Cornersville and Victoria Mitchell (Brad) of McBurg; her grandchildren, Triston Mitchell, Cayden Mitchell, Katherine Phillips, Austin Phillips, Avery Phillips and Arianna Phillips; and her great grandchild Konnie Mitchell.
