He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Lowe Breeden; his children, Mark (Stephanie), Jeremiah (Stephanie), Jesse and Sarah (Rex Richardson); his mother Florence Rainey Flowers of Florida; his stepmother Gloria Carter Breeden of Virginia; his siblings, Ronnie, Jay, Charlie, Troy (Kristy), Jimmy, Timmy (Hilda), Connie (Larry Davis) and Dana; his grandchild Mark; his wife Natalie; and also, Luke, Kyrklinn, Olivia, Aaron, Hannah and Dylan.
