She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas William Brown and Rosa Elizabeth Renegar Brown; her husband Marlin Allen Lentz, Sr.; her grandson Steven Christopher Latta; and her siblings, Fannie Bell Kennedy and Thomas Richard Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Marlin Allen Lentz, Jr. (Connie) of Columbia, Wanda Latta (Steven) of Columbia and Tasca Hardison (Anthony) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Kristina Powell (Scott), Josh Latta (Melissa), Alan Hardison, Jr., Whitney Hardison, Crystal Butler (Kirk) and Wesley Lentz (Kali); her sister Peggy Jones (Bill) of Lewisburg; and her sister-in-law Jean Brown Smith (Hubert). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association 783 Old Hickory Blvd. Brentwood, Tennessee 37027.
