She was predeceased by: her father Edward Szwakop. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Wells Szwakop; her sons, Edward McHenry, Jarrod McHenry and Nicholas McHenry; her grandchildren, Coleton, Tatum and Sadie; the father of her children Bob McHenry; her sister Beth Jennings; and her nieces and nephews, Royce, Daniel, Johnathan and Athena.
In lieu of flowers, consider a memorial contribution in honor of Ms. Susan to the Arizona Burn Foundation in Phoenix, Arizona.
