With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Starling Pressnell Davis of Columbia, Tennessee, who passed away on March 18, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wayne Pressnell and Lottie Blocker Pressnell; her husband Winfred Jefferson Davis, Sr.; and her son Winfred Jefferson Davis, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Starling Davis Clark (David) of Nashville; her granddaughters, Starling Davis Crabtree of Nashville and Hayden Lash Blane (Brent) of Nashville; her great grandchildren, Starling Marie Nowell and James Bowie Blane; and her caregivers, Frances Burdette, Jan Norby, Tina Nguyen, Saba Berhanu, Bebeyou Kevede and Shelby Riddle.
