She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Slaughter and Ophelia Fitzgerald Slaughter. She is survived by: her sons, Steve Clark (Karen) and Chris Clark (Kristin); her grandchildren, Ryan Clark, Brady Clark, Bella Clark and Gavin Clark; her sisters, Dell Jones and Patsy Owens (Ray); the father of her children David Clark; her close friend Rita Hedrick; and her caregiver Jennifer Hensley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
