She was predeceased by: her father Clarence "Junebug" Kennedy, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Toby Gandy; her nephews, Michael Benavides, Derek Gandy, John Eric Gandy, Andrew McNabb, Vincent McNabb and Roman Banks; and her niece Demetria Matthews. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
