He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence Goad and Sarah Phillips Goad; and his siblings, Earl Goad (Lambert Lamar Goad) and Earlene Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jean Price Goad; his children, Leslie Hollis Goad Jr., Brenda Cox (Johnny), Linda Fralix (Teddy), Barry Goad (April) and Bill Goad (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jeremy Fralix, Josh Fralix, Jonathan Cox, Jason Cox, Leslie B. Goad, Tyler Goad, Marissa Goad-Eder and Barry Colton Goad; his great grandchildren, Gideon Fralix, Amirra Fralix, Emery Cox, Brylee Cox, Brody Cox and Gavin Goad; and his siblings, Helen Watkins, Betty Joyce Hubbard and Ernest Goad. He is also survived by his family especially his grandkids and great grandkids.
