She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Estes Vanover Sr. and Nora Swindell Vanover; her husband Elmer Rhea Johnson; and her sisters, Magadalene Hensley, Ruby Lee Beverly, Joyce Potter, Arbutus Vanover Mullins and Jackaline Dutka.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Johnson (Karen) and Jeff Johnson (Gail); her grandson Joshua Johnson; and her brother Charles Vanover (Ruby). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
