She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frank Turman and Helen Allison Turman; and her brothers, William Frank Turman, Jr., Ray Turman and Dr. Prentice Allison Turman.
She is survived by: her children, Louis Arwood "Buddy" Day, Jr. of Columbia, Allison Day Mainolfi (Thomas) of Asheville and Lou Anne Day Pritchard of Memphis, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Ashley Day Roberts (Allen) of Whitehouse, Anna Day Mainolfi (Zack Tripp) of Baltimore, Helen Anne Mainolfi of Franklin, Andrew Thomas 'Drew" Mainolfi of Sewanee, Mary Allison Pritchard of Brooklyn, Anne Katherine and Margaret Lyons of Seagrove Beach, Florida.
