She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard G. Bailey and Annie Walker "Allen" Bailey; her husband John Fox; and her brothers, Willard Gregory Bailey Jr. and Steven Owen Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Wayne Fox and Kay Ann Fox (Timmy); her siblings, Ina R. Fitzgerald, Mary Frances James (Frank), Ernest Allen Bailey, Carolyn Ann Fleming (Stephen) and James Mark Bailey (Lisa); her grandchildren, Cindy Hull, Mindy Hull, Timmy Hull Jr., Angel Hull and Brittany Hull; and her aunt Virginia Allen. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
