She was predeceased by: her parents, Malvin Erwin Hill and Jewell Baker Hill; and her husband Sam Eugene Caperton. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Ramanathan (Venu) of Murfreesboro and Zack Caperton (Betsy) of Santa Fe; her brother Dalton Carl Hill of Rockwood; her sister-in-law JoAnn Berry of Columbia; and her pet Gracie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
