She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy D. Holtsford and Dorothy Morgan Holtsford; her siblings, Brenda Mayberry and Danny Holtsford (Barbara); her parents-in-law, Willie Cathey Dugger and Paul E. Dugger, Sr.; and her sister-in-law Susan Dugger Cothron.
She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Dugger, Jr. of Santa Fe; her daughter Dawn Fralix of Weakley County; her grandson Garrett Fralix of Weakley County; her brother-in-law Jim Cothron, Sr. of Columbia; her nephews, Scott Lassiter (Heather) of Corinth, Mississippi, Jim Cothron (Lori), Lon Cothron (Pamela), Tom Cothron (Melinda) and Sean Cothron (Brandi); and her pet Otie.
