She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynon Curtis and Lillian Haywood Curtis; her husband David Ray Bolton; and her siblings, Benny Curtis, Douglas Curtis and Kaye Curtis Ragsdale.
She is survived by: her children, Dora, Billy Wayne Bolton (Pam), James Ray Bolton (Roberta Ann) and Barbara J. Workman; her grandchildren, Robert Wayne Bolton, David Robert Bolton, Kevin Ray Bolton and Amber Dawn Workman; and her siblings, Ray Curtis, Jimmy Curtis, Donna Stills and Margaret Keltner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
