He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Fuller Jr. and Pansy Crews Fuller of Tennessee; and his brother Ricky Fuller. He is survived by: his son Roy Fuller (Virginia); his granddaughter Nikki Fuller; his brothers, Tommy Fuller (Elaine), Ronnie Fuller and Paul Fuller (Vickie); and his close friends, Randall Collins, Dennis White, Danny Ragsdale and Michael Wiseman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
