She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Lucille Pollard and Joseph David Polcik; her husband Galvin Perisi; and her siblings, Joanne Yeaster and David Polcik.
She is survived by: her children, Mitch Grace (Annie), Joni Zinser (Mark), Jackie Grace and Anna Palmquist (Matt Marcella); her stepchildren, Dino Perisi and Dana Perisi; and her grandchildren, Nichole Grace (George), Jason Emmendorfer (Megan), Matthew Grace (Sarah), Jenna Janssen (Timothy), Katelyn Glover (Gentry) and Jessica Dalehite. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
