He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Dawson (Mark), Angela Delk (Jonathan) and Nancy Cothran (Jason Monday); his grandchildren, Dakota Dawson, Shelby Dawson, Cori Beth Williams (Cody Adams), Blake Delk, Chase Delk, Chesley Rodriguez (Arnaldo), Clay Cothran, Lauralee Cothran, Lilly Cothran and Jay Cothran; his great grandchild Sophie Dawson; his stepgreat-grandson Andér Rodriguez; his siblings, Kathy Johnson, Juanita Buie and James Williams; his close friend Kathy Pedrick; and his pet Punkin.
