She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertus Critlin and Ruby Littrell Cox; her brother Donnie Cox; and her grandson Tyler Osborn. She is survived by: her close friend Bobby Glenn Franklin, Sr. of Linden, TN; her children, Patsy Horne (John) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Keith Osborn of Lawrenceburg, TN; her siblings, Juanita Thigpen of Lawrenceburg, TN, Sue Smith (J. W.) of Columbia, TN and Jackie Cox (Glenda) of Lawrenceburg, TN; her grandchildren, Jonathan Horne (Tiffani), Margaret Horne, Rachael Horne and Brittany Bedingfield; and her great grandchildren, Remington Horne, Oaklyn Horne, Graylyn Bedingfield and Thatcher Bedingfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
