She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Hazlegrove of Southaven, MS, Pam Baggett of Franklin, TN and Donna Fagan of Columbia, TN; her grandchildren, Amy Schweers of Germantown, TN and Blair Hazlegrove of Southaven, MS; her great grandchildren, Courtney, Mary Caroline and Sarah Schweers (family: Carl Schweers, Christy Hazlegrove); and her caregivers, Anna, Jon Odom, Isabell Clemons, Heather Koster, Dr. Ben, Tere Gardner, Annette, Rob Carroll, Rev. Jim, Shirley Dusek and Andrew Casselberry.
