He was predeceased by: his father William Workman; his son Travis Wayne Workman; his great grandchild Kennedy Brooks; and his siblings, Donald Workman, W. H. Workman, R. L. Workman, Jody Crews, Bobby "Red" Workman, Ollie Houston Workman, Ollie Paul Workman and Mary Anne Workman.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Workman; his daughters, Sherry Boshers (Barry), Sandy Bratton (Jason) and Sheena Stanfill (Johnathan); his grandchildren, Ciji Robinette (Frank Stubblefield), Britta Lanius (Will), Tabitha Brooks (Roger), Faith Manning, Ellie Bratton, Baker Bratton and Emily Schroeder (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Lennon Robinette, Barrett Robinette, Aria Brooks, Dannica Brooks, Miles Brooks, Reagan Brooks, Reeves Stubblefield and Jagger Lanius; and his sisters, Faye Chapman (Wallace) and Vicky Sutherlin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
