He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Pullen Endsley; his children, Ben Endsley (Jennifer), Eric Endsley (Ashley), Elliott Endsley (Meghann) and Paige Endsley Bottoms of Columbia; his sisters, Sandy Baker (Terry Johnson) of Columbia and Cindy Endsley (Jo Hanselman) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Rachel Endsley, Kate Endsley, Cole Endsley, Annie Endsley, Whitley Bottoms, Madeline Endsley, Beckett Bottoms, Alice Endsley, Alden Endsley and Morgan Endsley; his mother-in-law Christine Pullen; and his aunt Joan Endsley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
