He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Manners. He is survived by: his father Delmar Manners; his wife Darlene Manners; his children, Amy Cline (Tim), Greg Manners (Brandi), Daniel Manners, Michael Manners (Jaida) and Amber (David); and his sisters, Judy Ladd, Pat Hodges (Gwen) and Donna Baker. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 grandchildren.
