He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Horton and Leta McCorkle Horton. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, David (Stacie) and Donald (Carrie); his granddaughter Sarah Horton; his great grandchild Alexander; and his sister Juanita Bruner (Robert). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
