She was predeceased by: her siblings, Olene Vanzant, John (Raymond Nolen), Edith Wallace and Faye Anderson (Shirley Lemons); her grandchildren, Wendell Welker and Amy Welker; and her husband Jack Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Pulley, Teresa Cook of Clarksville, Freda Kent (Charles) of Signal Mountain, Linda Welker, Robert Cook (Sue), Jackie Welker (Mitchell), Roger Cook (Cindy) and Nellie Anderson (David) of Dover. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
