She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Henderson; and her brother Carl Primm. She is survived by: her children, Mike Henderson (Karen) and Patty Averitt (Matt); her grandchildren, Lyndsay Averitt Koyama (Chad), Katie Averitt Duke (Vince), Bobby Henderson (Lauren) and Joey Henderson (Brittany); and her great grandchildren, Kyleigh Koyama, Abby Koyama, Ava Duke, Mason Duke and Claira Beth Henderson.
