She is survived by: her husband Willard Dale Shrader of Clarksville, TN; her daughters, Cynthia Alice Hudson of Clarksville, TN and Polly Anessa Fields (Cliff) of Clarksville, TN; her grandchildren, Garrett Ross Fields of Clarksville, TN and Gillian Taylor Fields of Clarksville, TN; and her siblings, Dorothy Sue Smith of Piqua, Charles Louis Sadler (Brenda) of Trenton, KY and John Sadler (Mary Linn) of Trenton, KY..
