She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Phy and Helen Stuart Phy; and her stepson Robert Olsen. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Bruce Olsen; her stepson John Olsen (Koong-Nah Chung); her stepgrandchild Percival Chung Olsen (Michelle Merlin); her stepdaughter Nancy Olsen; her stepgranddaughter Eleanor Durfee (Taka Koizumi); her cousins, Rhonda Helm and Rosalind Spillman; and also, Shoshana Olsen and Eudora Louise Olsen (John Stubbs).
