He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leroy Haywood and Ima Jewel Haywood (Carnal); his wife Patsy Haywood; his grandson Cody Haywood; and his siblings, Sarah Ballard, Clayton Lloyd Haywood, Alton Haywood, Bobby Haywood, Joe Haywood and Tom Haywood.
He is survived by: his sons, Marty Haywood (Sandy) of Milan and Josh Haywood of Alaska; his goddaughter Jennifer Breeden (Tommy) of Yuma; his siblings, Mary Morgan of Clarksburg and Pete Haywood of Alamo, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Hunter Haywood, Dalton Haywood, Gracie "Mo" Breeden and Derek Blankenship.
