We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2019, at the age of 85, John Halter (Clarksburg, Tennessee), born in Wildersville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Halter and Stacey Lorene Scates Halter; his wife Claudine Halter; and his brothers, Donald Halter and Dwight Halter.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Lutz of Huntingdon, Jean H. Crownover (Jimmy) of Lexington, Judy White (Johnny) of Clarksburg and Glenda Harris (Charles) of Clarksburg.
