He is survived by: his wife Maxine Harris; his children, Alacia McCadams of Nashville, Patricia Chandler (Danny) of Camden, Kenny Harris (Rita) of Three-Way and Kevin Harris (Laurie) of Union City; and his siblings, Betty Jo Furr of Huntingdon, Sue Carrol Gurley of Clarksburg, Charles Harris (Glenda) of Clarksburg and Donald Harris (Dianne) of McKenzie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
