He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Ryans and Nell Ryans; and his grandparents, A. T., Mary Elva Dunn, Henry and Bess Ryans.

He is survived by: his sons, William Casey Kincer (Cathy) and Nicholas Ryans (Terrie); his grandchildren, Tristian Kincer, Hunter Ryans, Austyn Kincer, Neyland Ryans and Gracie Ryans; his great grandchild Kinsley Kincer; his sisters, Jean Lowe (Lowell), Judy Wampler and Betty Stewart (Victor); and his close friend Debbie Ryans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
