She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Salyer and Alma Ford Salyer; her daughter Vonda Lee; and her brother Richard Salyer. She is survived by: her husband Tom Russell; her sons, Jason Neeley (Nikki Harris), John Neeley (Kellie) and Chad Russell (Kristie); and her siblings, Janice Cowan (Bill), Abbie Salyer Crowe, Buddy Salyer (Debbie), Michael Salyer and Fred Salyer (Susan). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
