It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth C. Carter of Church Hill, Tennessee, who passed away on April 8, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, E. J. Cox and Mabel Wininger Cox. She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ron" Carter; and her children, Randy J. Carter (Angela), Russell A. Carter and Rhonda Moles (Jason). She is also survived by 4 grandsons; 3 granddaughters; 1 great-grandson; several nieces and nephews.
