He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wallen and Opal Gross Wallen; and his siblings, Leonard Wallen and Barbara Jean Birchfield. He is survived by: his nephews, Chris Bingham, Raymond Bingham, Rick Bingham and Shaun Bingham.
