He is survived by: his wife Belinda Thompson; his daughters, Amy Purkey and Jennifer Doane-Archer; his stepchildren, Heather Steele (Kreston), Zachary Holt (Alexandria) and Hank Williams; and his grandchildren, Abby Purkey, Alivia Purkey, Kameran Hoover, Landon Hoover, Nolan Holt, Anderson Holt, Ellie Kate Holt, Kayla Doane, Jack Doane, Connor Doane, Denver Bower and Vander Bower.
