Juanita Kay Brackett Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Kay Brackett in Church Hill, Tennessee, who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Addair and Toy Addair; her husband Robert Lee Brackett; and her siblings, Alice Addair, Luther Addair and Teddy Addair.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Chappell (David), Vicki Jones and Angela Brackett (Donnell); her siblings, Dan Addair (Lynne), Peggy Phillips, Ginger Fuentes and Teresa Starr; her siblings-in-law, Jean Addair, Gertrue Addair, Eleanor Roach and Ed Brackett (Pat); and her niece Sheila Gant. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
