He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Rouse (Keith) and James "Jimmy" Tipton (Rachel); his grandchildren, Tabitha Ebbert Jeremy (Troy), Afton Hobbs (Zane), Erin Rogers (Matthew), Jeremy Rouse (Stephanie) and Jessica Smith (Jake); his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Molly and Josie James Ebbert; his siblings, Clettia Moore, Jewel VanZant (Bud) and Curt Tipton (Lois); and his nephew Bill Parker (Wanda).
